What you'll do
As a Sales Executive in the Nordics, you'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new business to closing deals with new clients. In a nutshell, your main task is to help Mobal grow by closing new business. You'll do this by demonstrating excellent insights about how business listings can be utilized as a marketing channel, and educating prospective clients about the benefits of our services.
You have ownership of your own sales pipeline and results.
How will the day of a Sales Executive look?
Your day will consist of searching for and qualifying leads (psst... every brick-and-mortar business has a Google Business -profile), and contacting them through different channels (phone calls still being the most effective channel). After that, you'll listen to the client's needs and problems, and if they fit our Ideal Customer Profile you'll confidently present how our solutions can help them. When the deal is closed, the client will be transferred to our Customer Success, which handles our existing clients.
A Sales Executive's day in short:
Prospecting new potential clients
Booking meetings with different stakeholders (the target is something around 8 meetings / week)
Conducting sales calls/meetings (right now mostly over video calls, but face-to-face as well in some cases)
Negotiating mutually beneficial contracts
Following up on hot cases
Closing deals
And of course, celebrating wins with the team (and our Head of Celebrations - The Gong)
We have a clearly defined Ideal Customer Profile and sales process, and you'll get the tools you need in order to succeed.
You will succeed in this role, if:
Most importantly, you are a hungry and proactive professional, who is looking to accelerate your international B2B sales career
Some experience within sales (preferably within B2B, and if you've worked with SaaS, it's a big plus!)
General understanding of how businesses use different marketing channels to achieve their business goals
A university degree in the bag (preferably business-related)
Excellent verbal and written English (any other Nordic languages a big plus)
You're a metric & result-driven team player with a strong track record of attaining your goals
You have an epic drive to develop yourself and have an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent listening skills
Relentless proactiveness and strong self-leadership
Any experience within marketing and the Google ecosystem will also help you along with the way a great deal.
What we offer you...

Performance based salary: Base + commission & bonuses, performance roughly 70 % of OTE (OTE: around 4500 € / month)
We have no salary cap, which means that if you perform well, you will earn big bucks as well!
